Bride and Groom's court certified birth certificate or notarized photocopy

Photo identification (e.gl drivers license)

Notarized parents written consent if under 21

Notarized photocopies of a sworn affidavit of Bachelorhood (groom) and Spinstership (bride)

Notarized photocopies of legal name changes and/or adoption papers

If previously married before: court certified or notarized photocopies of the final divorce decree

A court certified or notarized copy of the death certificate if widowed

Notarized, legal translations of documents to English

The translated document and the foreign language document must both be notarized

Conditions for Jamaica Weddings:
A residency requirement of 48 hours must be met. All wedding reservations should be made at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Scheduling will be subject to public holidays and availability. A non-refundable US $200 Government / Administration fee is due within (7) days of booking, in order to confirm the reservation.

Documents must be received no later than 60 days prior to wedding date. DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE RETURNED, so please do not send originals.

A copy of the couple's marriage certificate must be faxed or mailed to our wedding department at Unique Vacations, at least 30 days prior to travel. Fax #: 305-668-2762.

The original certified marriage certificate MUST be hand carried to the resort in order for the Renewal of Vows ceremony to take place.

Scheduling of Renewal of Vows is based on observance of holidays, arrival date and subsequent residency requirement and is subject to availability on property.

State issued death certificate with related marriage certificate if applicable

Original legal name change or legal adoption document if applicable

If either party is under 18 years of age, evidence of consent from parents is required in the form of an original affidavit stamped and signed by a Notary Public

Immigration card received upon entry to Antigua

Please mail or fax photocopies (not originals) of the required documents for both the bride and groom at least 60 days prior to the arrival date

Couples must hand carry all original state issued and/or court certified documents with raised/embossed seals and stamps to the resort

Conditions for Antigua Weddings:
Payment policy for Weddings is a $200 deposit within 7 days of booking. Final balance is due 60 days prior to travel. Cancellation policy for Weddings is non-refundable within 45 days to travel. Residency requirement of 48 hours, must include (1) business day (arrival and holidays not included). Example: Friday arrivals can be married on Tuesday; Monday arrivals can be married on Wednesday. There are no weddings performed on weekends.

The following dates are not available to perform weddings or renewal of vows ceremonies:

• Labor Day
• Whit Monday
• Caricom Day
• Carnival
• Independence Day
• VC Bird Day
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day
• Weekends

All documents for both bride and groom must be submitted with a completed Wedding Information Form.

All required documents are due 60 days prior to arrival. A late fee of US$150 will apply for all documents received within 21 days prior to the arrival date.

A legal translator must translate all documents in a foreign language to English. Both versions must be submitted.

Wedding dates and times vary and are subject to public holidays and availability.

Additional fees apply for Catholic weddings. We are unable to provide a Rabbi to perform Jewish Weddings.

Restrictions may apply with availability of Minister/Justice of the Peace.

Setup/surcharges for additional guests above four included in package. Couples must notify the Wedding Department of number of guests attending the wedding at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Wedding Day passes are intended for genuine guests and not third party providers of services. Use of third party vendors for photography or other services that are offered by Grand Pineapple Beach Antigua is strictly prohibited.

Day pass Rates: (does not include water sports): Full Day Pass, 10:00am-2:00am: $145US per adult; $80US per child (ages 3-12) Day Pass, 9:00am-6:00pm: $85US per adult; $50US per child (ages 3-12)
